BEFORE

When you make contact, we'll email you our welcome guide. This PDF document will give you more details on what to expect, our pricing and available packages and products. We'll then get in touch to sort out a time for a short planning meeting, preferably in person. It's important for us to get to know more about you and your family so that we can plan an enjoyable photo session that will capture your personalities and lifestyle. We'll select a date, location for the photoshoot, chat about suitable clothing to wear and answer any other queries or concerns you might have. In order to secure your booking, we'll also organise your payment of a deposit and the signing of our photography agreement.

DURING

We will be in touch the day before your photo session to check that you are all good to go and to answer any last minute questions you may have. If the weather forecast is really bad or someone is unwell, we'll postpone the session. The photo session is the fun part and you need to be as relaxed as possible and ready to enjoy it. We won't be rushing you or putting anyone (especially your kids) under pressure. When we meet up on location we'll spend some time at the beginning getting to know one another a little bit before we start taking photos. Your photo session will usually take anywhere between an hour and an hour and a half, depending on which one you have chosen.

AFTER

After the photo session, we'll get straight to work and send you a set of proofs within two weeks. You'll be provided with a link to your own online gallery, where, for a limited time in the comfort of your own home, you'll be able to view the best images from your photo session. You'll then be able to choose the package which best suits you and the images you would like included in it. Once we've received full payment, we'll get back to work and creatively retouch each individual image. Again, depending on which package you chose, and whether or not you have selected some favourites to have as quality prints, final delivery of any digital files or other products could take anywhere between 1-3 weeks.
