MIKE

As a former teacher with over thirty years experience, working and engaging with kids of all ages has been my passion. While teaching, I always had a camera close at hand, especially teaching science and capturing photos of school kids Diane and I used to take away on tramping trips. And of course, I've always taken photos of my own family! Nowadays I'm lucky enough to able to follow my dream of specialising in family portraiture. When I'm not taking photos, I'll be working in the garden, cycling, walking, enjoying a good coffee or playing the guitar.

DIANE

Like Mike, I've also got a background in teaching and love working with people. I enjoy assisting Mike during photo shoots as well as managing the overall administrative side of our business. I particularly enjoy those relaxed, spontaneous moments that produce magical photos and reveal special relationships between family members and friends. I've a bag tricks up my sleeve to help any kids who might have temporarily lost their smiles or are just not in the mood for photographs! My interests include reading, movies, music, gardening and travelling.

TOSCA

I'm nearly fourteen and quite frankly, I don't do a lot these days except lie around sleeping. However, as you can see I'm a good-looking canine (I even have eyebrows!) and I'm partial to having my photo taken. So, don't be surprised if I come up to the paddocks with you and your family and keep an eye on how things are going with the photo session. I love kids too and if you don't have a dog of your own, I just might step up and pose for one of those adorable shots with your kids. I don't bite or charge anything extra for these services!

WHERE ARE WE AGAIN?

It's easy to get to our place. Located just out of Riverhead, it's an easy drive from the city, via either the northwestern or northern motorways. If you already live on the North Shore or West Auckland, it's easier still.

There will be no travel or time charges if you choose to have your photo session at another location which is less than 30km from Riverhead.
